The service department went beyond the call of duty. Karen, the service advisor, was awesome! The Shuttle driver was great. Being new to the area I did not have a place I knew and trusted and I was worried about getting my car fixed. Absolutely horrendous!!! I would've given NO stars but had to click on an option. Had my box truck there for a week & spent unnecessary money that was over charged because they replaced a sensor that did not have to be replaced & charged me $1,084.00 for nothing. The problem was the fuel tank pump. So in Total I spent $3,800.00 & they could not take money off on the senor they replaced for no reason when there was nothing wrong with it. Worst possible service & I will no longer be going back to this location & might think twice in the future about purchasing anything from Chevy at all. They definitely need to train their technicians better on how to perform correct service on vehicles & not over charge for unnecessary things. Will NEVER be going back & will definitely NOT send anyone to this dealership!!!

The communication during my visit was poor. I made an appointment for a tire replacement, due to a nail puncture, which I was told would take 30-45 minutes. After 90 minutes I went to check on the status of my car and was told that it had not yet been brought in for service. This delayed the start of my workday as well as my having to return in the afternoon to get the service completed, causing me to miss an important work event. I could have easily changed my schedule around if someone had communicated the delay with me. The work, once completed, was done well. I have been bringing my vehicle to Colonial for all service and have always been happy with you. This was an unfortunate incident, and I have learned that I will now need to be more proactive in getting the information versus waiting to be communicated with.

The experience regarding the work and effort that went into my repair was fine; and I am grateful. However, the pricing is ridiculous. The cost for a surge tank that I could buy from Amazon for under $100.00 and labor rates @ $209 p/hour this relatively simple repair cost over $775.00. I will not be able to continue bringing my vehicle to the dealership except for catastrophic issues that only GM can address. I am very disappointed in the pricing for both materials and labor. I feel violated and taken advantage of. The folks at Colonial Chevrolet are really good to work with and were very apologetic but it still cost a fortune for this repair.

I had an excellent experience when I bought my vehicle! I went to several dealerships in the area and walked around outside looking at trucks and not one person came outside to help me except for this one! I was greeted by Josh who made me feel very welcomed! I tried out several vehicles but I wasn’t attracted to any of them! Josh then brought out the 2026 Colorado trail boss and I instantly fell in love with it! The manager was a great guy as well he came over and answered all my questions about buying and leasing! He’s also an asset to the company and really worked with me to get me the deal that worked! I then sat with the financial guy Shane who was covering for their normal financial guy! He was excellent as well explaining about the extra warranties ect! He was a pleasure to work with!

I have no issues with the Services I received, or with my Service advisor Steve. The coordination once I arrived at the facility, the length of time to perform the Service, and the interface with the Service advisor were all positive. My one complaint was in setting up the appointment. The On-Line tool showed me the availability of dates and times for Service, but after selecting from the available date and time, I received email stating the my appointment could not be confirmed. I was later told the Time on the date I chose was not available, and the Service Coordinator book a different time without consulting me to see if that fit my schedule. I then had to call the Service department to cancel the appointment they set up, and rebook for a different date to get the time slot I needed. Why have an online booking Tool if you are not going to use it? This makes no sense to me and it is not the first time it has happened. Very frustrating!

There was going to be a serious delay in getting a part to correct a problem with the AWD and it was recommended that I not drive the car in the meantime. Colonial South Chevrolet worked quickly and efficiently to get me into a rental and, later, a loaner. Once the part came in about 5 weeks later (after some negotiating on my part with GM), the part was put in and I got my car back!
