I bought a new Silverado truck from colonial south Chevy my salesman philip medeiros was great to deal with he took all the time I needed to find the right truck for my needs Brian the general sales manager was the best he worked very hard to get me to the price and payment I could afford I will tell all my friends that is the place to buy a car I will be back for my wife's car soon thanks again

Had to get a replacement key for a used Chevy HHR that I bought at another dealership and the folks at Colonial South Chevrolet were extremely helpful and very pleasant. When I had some trouble getting the newly-cut key out of the ignition, I went back and the service department recut the key, lubricated the ignition barrel and made sure everything was working before I left. It's rare to get such top-notch service on such a low-cost item, but I was very impressed with them. Now that I have a "new" Chevy, I'll be keeping them in mind for any future repair or replacement needs.

Hands down the best experience i' ve had buying a vehicle. I have bought my share of cars, trucks, and SUVS during my life and the staff at colonial south was the best. Here's why... They were NO pressure and they searched EXTENSIVELY to find the truck that I wanted without pushing other lesser cars and they were STILL no pressure.(Didn't feel like I was stuck looking for a way to leave lol). It was painless and they were upfront. Everything went smoothly and they helped every way they could.Even 2 days after I purchased the truck I noticed the front end needed an alignment, it was taking care of. The whole process was fast and painless like car buying should be. Should be fun( You shouldn't be sweating when looking for a car.) Its too joyous an occasion and thats how Brian, Tony, Courtney and even Keith the finance guy made the process feel. Like I said I've bought many vehicles and by far they are superior. Hope this helps in your decision.

Within the last eight months our family has purchased two cars (one new, one used) from Colonial South in Dartmouth. They made the purchase and financing process smooth, easy, and professional. Just recently there was a minor service issue with the used car, and Colonial "stepped up to the plate" to solve it quickly and to our 100% satisfaction. Thank you to Justin, Keith, and John (in service). We have two more family members who plan to purchase soon and it will be one-stop shopping at Colonial.

I had a great experience buying a used truck at Colonial South Chevrolet. Right at the start, when I called to ask about the truck, Becky, the internet sales manager, was very helpful and informative. When I came in to the dealership a few days later, I was given plenty of time to look the truck over, take a test drive and discuss features and warranty. From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove the truck off the lot, the whole team -- Justin, Herb and Keith -- were friendly, responsive and no-nonsense. They made the whole process very easy, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Been a long, long time since I set out to buy a brand new car. In "those" days, "credit score" was non existent (unlike today where your credit score dictates whether or not you are allowed your next birthday), you packed a lunch, a pillow, and told family members not to report you "missing". Never had a Chevy, but like the Impala, so I headed over to Colonial South in Dartmouth expecting the worst, and it showed......call me grandma with "ATTITUDE". Within minutes I knew I had it all wrong, times have changed!! I got the "dream team". Becky, Roy and Justin. These three KNOW what customer service is!! I wasn't the only customer there that day, yet the way these three work together, and worked with me, I sure felt like I was ...

I just had my first experience with Colonial South Chevrolet and couldn't be happier. I went there looking for a new Chevrolet Traverse LTZ. I met Leo Heffernan and he showed me what they had and we went for a test drive. Not needing the Navigation or Entertainment package we went online and found the vehicle that I wanted. After negotiating the price I wanted to pay with my trade we had a deal. Even with the extras and working with the finance department, they all make you feel very comfortable. No pressure what so ever. Probably my best experience in buying a new vehicle and I buy a new one quite often. Thank you Leo and the whole staff at Colonial South Chevrolet
